No cancellations, returns, refunds or exchanges are possible.

All items are made to order. Once an order has been placed, please allow up to 10 working days for your item to be created, along with the additional shipping time frame (this may be longer when GAYLE is experiencing a high volume of orders). If an item is required sooner than this time frame, please contact INFO@KIMBERLY-GAYLE.COM regarding a fast-tracked made-to-order service before purchasing. Please note, this will be at an additional price.

Items stated as ‘Pre-Order’ may take up to 14 days plus additional shipping time frame (this may be longer when GAYLE is experiencing a high volume of orders).

GAYLE is not responsible for parcels once they have left our facility. Any delivery issues are at fault/to be dealt with the shipping provider.

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. No cancellations, returns, refunds or exchanges are possible.

 Exchanges may be given in exceptional circumstances, for example, due to a product fault. We replace items if they are defective or damaged.

All the products should be returned in the same packaging, and all the accessories, cases, tags should be included in the package. If products were returned missing accessories, you may not receive your refund.

SHIPPING 

To return your product in the case of a faulty garment requiring an exchange, please contact INFO@KIMBERLY-GAYLE.COM for mailing information.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.


TAXES AND DUTIES

The prices of products are expressed in Pounds inclusive of taxes but excluding customs duties. You will be responsible on any applicable custom duties and we are not able to estimate any possible duty that might occur. GAYLE cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.



SUSTAINABILITY

We worked closely with our packaging providers to minimise the environmental footprint of our packaging. Our shipping boxes are made using recycled materials. They are 100% recyclable and perfect for reusing. Help us minimise the damage to our environment and please make sure that you recycle your box and its left over contents if you don't want to reuse them.
